First Focus is a leading Australian/NZ managed AI and IT services provider seeking a senior Solution Consultant. You will qualify conversations, lead discovery, shape and propose solutions, and close clients within the SMB to mid-market segments.

You will translate complex AI, security, cloud and managed services into tangible business value while owning the end‑to‑end sales process. You will work with executives and technical specialists, build trust quickly, and craft clear proposals.

Qualifications

• Five years+ in consultative selling or services sales.
• Experience selling managed services, IT consulting or AI-enabled services.
• Experience selling into SMB or mid-market organisations.

Responsibilities

• Qualify opportunities and run sharp discovery with executives.
• Translate AI, security, cloud and managed services into business value.
• Lead proposals from qualification to close and ensure clean handovers.
• Write credible, client-focused proposals for senior stakeholders.
