Job summary

First Focus is Australia’s leading managed AI and IT services provider, seeking a Financial Services Technology Consultant to help financial services firms confidently navigate AI, cybersecurity, managed IT and cloud transformation.

We work with small and mid-size financial services businesses, leading the commercial conversation from qualification to proposal and close, owning the client relationship and sales process while translating services into tangible business outcomes.

Qualifications

• Five years' experience in consultative B2B sales within financial services.
• Demonstrated depth of experience with financial services organisations and workflows.
• Experience with managed services, cybersecurity, cloud, AI and industry platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead commercial conversations from qualification through to proposal and close.
• Own the client relationship and sales process with internal specialists supporting complex requirements.
• Write clear, commercially credible proposals and ensure smooth handovers to delivery.
