Job summary

Amazon Web Services Australia Pty Ltd is seeking a highly experienced Solutions Architect to lead Agentic WorkSpaces deployments. You will embed with customers, co‑design AI agent workflows, and drive production readiness for enterprise desktop AI experiences.

This is a deeply technical, hands‑on role with ongoing customer collaboration and on‑site engagements. You will guide model selection, prompt configuration, and tool integration while building secure, scalable serverless solutions using

Qualifications

• 7+ years in technology domains (e.g., software development, cloud computing, systems engineering, infrastructure, security, networking, data & analytics).
• Experience with AI systems evaluation and integration.
• Familiarity with MCP and A2A for multi-agent orchestration.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery sessions with customer teams and translate findings into actionable implementation plans.
• Design and configure agentic AI solutions within Agentic WorkSpaces (AI agent creation, prompts, tool integration).
• Build serverless integrations using AWS Lambda, API Gateway, Step Functions, and scripting (Python, Node.js).
• Architect secure access patterns to cloud data (DynamoDB, RDS, S3, Knowledge Bases) for AI agents.
• Deploy WorkSpaces Personal, Pools and Applications as the delivery platform for AI experiences.
• Guide customers through testing, evaluation, and production readiness.
• Create reusable artifacts and contribute to the knowledge base.
