Job summary

Renewable Energy Queensland – Southport QLD is seeking a senior lead generation specialist for commercial solar and battery solutions. You will engage business owners, identify opportunities, and book appointments for Field Sales Consultants. You will follow up prospects, maintain CRM records, and collaborate closely with the Field Sales team.

Friday work-from-home or rest day is available. We offer a $40/hour base with 3% commission, superannuation, and paid annual/personal and sick leave;

Qualifications

• Previous solar telemarketing experience is mandatory.
• Proven ability to book quality appointments.
• Strong follow-up and organisational skills.

Some customers are ready immediately, while others need regular follow-up.

We believe the fortune is in the follow-up, so we need someone who is confident, organised and persistent without being pushy.
