One Solar Australia is expanding, and we’re looking for driven, confident Sales Consultants to join our growing team. Attend pre-qualified, in-home appointments and present tailored solar and battery solutions to homeowners while closing quality opportunities into signed contracts.

We provide hot leads, reliable stock, fast in-house installations and a flexible, independent role that lets you maximise your earning potential.

Qualifications

• A proven closer with a strong sales track record and a hunger to succeed.
• Experience in solar, batteries or renewable energy is highly regarded.
• Experience in high-ticket, face-to-face or in-home sales is advantageous.
• Confidence in handling objections, negotiating and closing deals.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated, competitive and target-driven.
• Professional presentation and a customer-focused approach.
• Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle.

Responsibilities
