Job summary

Renewable Energy Queensland – Southport QLD is seeking a senior lead generation specialist for commercial solar and battery solutions. You will engage business owners, identify opportunities, and book appointments for Field Sales Consultants. You will follow up prospects, maintain CRM records, and collaborate closely with the Field Sales team.

Friday work-from-home or rest day is available. We offer a $40/hour base with 3% commission, superannuation, and paid annual/personal and sick leave;

Qualifications

• Previous solar telemarketing experience is mandatory.
• Proven ability to book quality appointments.
• Strong follow-up and organisational skills.
• A positive, reliable and team-focused attitude.

Responsibilities

• Identify potential commercial solar and battery opportunities.
• Book qualified appointments for Field Sales Consultants.
• Follow up businesses that have already shown interest.
• Build relationships through professional and consistent communication.
• Contact existing customers to identify opportunities for additional solar or battery storage.
• Keep accurate CRM records, schedule follow-ups and work closely with the Field Sales team.
