Job summary

Nexl is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to build an AI-driven CRM and growth intelligence platform. You will work autonomously within a cross-functional squad, shaping architecture, code quality, and product impact.

You’ll ship features end-to-end using React/TypeScript and Rails or Python, while leveraging Claude Code and Cursor to improve velocity and quality. Strong fundamentals in security and data modelling are essential.

Qualifications

• Deep expertise in full-stack architecture, system design, data modelling, debugging and security.
• Strong proficiency in React + TypeScript and Ruby on Rails or Python.
• You use Claude Code or Cursor as part of your development workflow.
• You critically assess AI-generated code for correctness and security.

Responsibilities

• Design and ship features end-to-end across React/TypeScript and Rails or Python.
• Lead AI-assisted development with Claude Code and Cursor to boost velocity.
• Own system design, data modelling, security and tech debt decisions.
• Maintain high code quality, security, performance and long‑term maintainability.
• Ensure reliability and observability with scalable architecture and fewer incidents.
• Collaborate with Tech Lead, Product Manager and Design on initiatives.
