Job summary

NXTGEN Industries is seeking a versatile Full Stack Engineer to scale our user-facing applications, robust backend services, and high-throughput data pipelines powering our analytics.

You will tackle challenges of moving, storing, and processing heavy, multi-modal data, bridging cloud infrastructure with AI microservices. The role offers flexible/remote work across Australia and opportunities to shape scalable systems.

Qualifications

• Experience building scalable web applications in modern JavaScript/TypeScript ecosystems.
• Proven track record designing asynchronous or queue-based worker systems in cloud environments.
• Strong schema design and optimization for relational databases.
• Experience with platforms handling heavy data structures (spatial data, 3D data, large imagery).
• Experience wrapping or deploying Python ML models or LLMs into production web environments.

Responsibilities

• Architect and build scalable full-stack applications for enterprise clients.
• Design and optimize high-throughput data pipelines in the cloud.
• Integrate AI processing services (Python ML, CV, LLM) with core web platforms.
• Leverage cloud services for storage, messaging, and scalable workers.
• Ensure responsive, cost-effective performance for analytics workloads.
