Job summary

RGIT Australia seeks a mid- to senior-level software engineer to build and ship Next.js and Node.js applications with a focus on AI-driven product development. You will join a small team reporting to the Head of Technology and work closely with product leaders to frame problems, propose scope, and deliver production-grade software using Claude Code and Cursor.

You will design automated CI/CD pipelines, enable safe autonomous agent development, and integrate with enterprise systems.

Qualifications

• Shipped Next.js and TypeScript in production for user-facing apps.
• 5+ years building production software, with AI agent involvement.
• Experience integrating with Salesforce and Snowflake in a shared API layer.

Responsibilities

• Build and ship Next.js and Node.js applications from server components to production.
• Define and scale the end-to-end agentic development lifecycle with automated tests and CI/CD.
• Shape product scope with engineers, and contribute reusable components and patterns.
