Job summary

AC3 is seeking a SIAM Solution Architect in Sydney to join our SIAM Practice. This customer-facing role spans pre-sales, consulting, solution design and delivery support, collaborating with customers, sales, partners and internal teams to shape relevant IT service solutions.

You will translate business problems into technical designs, contribute to proposals, and provide hands-on delivery support where needed. The role requires senior stakeholder engagement and leadership within a dynamic team.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in IT with 5+ years across multiple technology streams and architecture.
• Experience in customer-facing consulting and/or pre-sales roles.
• Strong IT Service Management or Enterprise Service Management experience.
• Ability to translate business challenges into technical, service or specialised solutions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Design SIAM and IT service solutions that solve real customer challenges and support business strategy.
• Lead technical and SME qualification, scoping, estimation, design and architecture for opportunities.
• Develop proposal and tender content, including scope, solution approach and pricing input.
• Create technical designs, artefacts and documentation to support operations, tooling and service maturity.
• Contribute to productised services, delivery methodologies and reusable pre-sales artefacts.
• Partner with customer stakeholders as a trusted advisor on SIAM strategy and service design.
