Job summary

AC3 is seeking a SIAM Solution Architect in Sydney to join our SIAM Practice. This customer-facing role spans pre-sales, consulting, solution design and delivery support, collaborating with customers, sales, partners and internal teams to shape relevant IT service solutions.

You will translate business problems into technical designs, contribute to proposals, and provide hands-on delivery support where needed. The role requires senior stakeholder engagement and leadership within a dynamic team.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in IT with 5+ years across multiple technology streams and architecture.
• Experience in customer-facing consulting and/or pre-sales roles.
• Strong IT Service Management or Enterprise Service Management experience.
• Ability to translate business challenges into technical, service or specialised solutions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with senior stakeholders.

• Lead technical and SME qualification, scoping, estimation, design and architecture for opportunities.

What you will bring

• 10+ years as an IT industry participant, with at least 5 years across a broad range of technology streams.
• Experience in customer-facing consulting and/or pre-sales roles.
• Strong IT Service Management or Enterprise Service Management experience.
• Experience translating business challenges into suitable technical, service or specialised solutions.
• Confidence working with senior business and technical stakeholders.
• Strong design artefact, technology strategy, proposal and tender contribution experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, including report writing and technical documentation.
• ITIL Foundation v3 or later, SIAM Foundation or higher, and ServiceNow sales/pre-sales certification.

Nice to have

• Managed Services Provider, Systems Integrator or consulting experience.
• Cloud-native architecture experience across public cloud, PaaS, IaaS, REST APIs, microservices or open-source platforms.
• Working knowledge of ServiceNow ITSM, ITBM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, SecOps, IRM or PA.
• ITIL Intermediate or higher, Agile or DevOps certifications.
