Job summary

Unisys is seeking an SDS Manager in Australia to lead a team of eight specialists, drive SLA/KPI performance, and own governance engagements across multiple regions. You will champion CSI initiatives, ensure ITIL v4 alignment, and coordinate with the Field Services Director AP to manage client relationships and reporting accuracy.

The role demands a strong service management background, security clearance, and the ability to translate complex data into executive insight.

Qualifications

• NV1 security AGSVA clearance is mandatory; NV2 preferred.
• 7+ years' experience in IT service management roles within large managed services or government ICT environments.
• Ability to interpret and critically challenge complex SLA/KPI dashboards and reporting outputs; translate data into executive-level insight.
• Does not need to build reports but reporting experience is highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day direction, performance management, and development for 8 specialist reports across service delivery disciplines.
• Own SLA and KPI performance across 30 contractual measures; ensure accurate, timely client-ready reporting.
• Represent Unisys in governance forums; brief clients and maintain peer-level relationships; report to Field Services Director AP.
• Engage in SIAM ecosystem; ensure service delivery processes align with SIAM governance and interfaces.
• Lead the Continual Service Improvement (CSI) programme with structured proposals demonstrating efficiency gains and cost savings.
• Own the service delivery practice framework; ensure ITIL v4 alignment and continuous improvement across 8 delivery regions.
