Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience in SIAM, IT Service Management, Service Delivery, or IT Operations.
• Strong understanding of ITIL processes and operational governance.
• Experience supporting complex environments with multiple applications, platforms, and vendors.
• Strong stakeholder, supplier, and vendor management skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage end-to-end IT services delivered by multiple vendors and support teams.
• Govern ITIL processes including Incident, Major Incident, Problem, Change, and Service Request Management.
• Monitor and report on SLA, KPI, and operational performance metrics.
• Facilitate service review meetings and drive vendor accountability.
• Lead service restoration activities and cross-functional issue resolution.
• Identify and drive continual service improvement initiatives.
• Manage operational risks, escalations, and service dependencies.
• Act as a key liaison between business stakeholders, application teams, infrastructure teams, and service providers.
