Infosys in Sydney is seeking an experienced SIAM - Command Center Analyst to lead Level 3 IT operations, coordinating across multiple service providers and internal towers to restore services quickly and securely.

You will drive incident bridge calls, RCA reviews, and service improvement initiatives, leveraging ITIL processes to maintain SLAs and deliver reliable, enterprise-wide performance. This role requires 8+ years in IT operations and cross-functional leadership.

Qualifications

• Experience with ITIL processes including Incident, Change, Problem and RCA.
• Strong coordination across multiple service providers and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead Level 3 SIAM Command Center operations for enterprise services.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to restore services and meet SLAs.
• Facilitate incident bridge calls and communicate updates to stakeholders.
• Conduct RCAs, trend analysis and service improvement initiatives.
