Job summary

Capgemini in Canberra, Australia, is seeking an experienced SIAM Onboarding, Offboarding and Governance Lead to ensure service providers are integrated, governed and transitioned in a controlled manner within the SIAM model.

You will collaborate with client stakeholders and internal teams to define roles, processes and governance, oversee onboarding and offboarding, and drive continuous improvement across provider lifecycles for a large, multi-vendor environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience with SIAM, multi-supplier or complex service delivery environments.
• Experience in provider onboarding, offboarding, transition and governance.
• Experience across infrastructure, cloud, networks or security services.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end onboarding of service providers into the SIAM ecosystem.
• Coordinate onboarding plans, templates, readiness criteria and acceptance requirements across teams.
• Manage controlled offboarding including knowledge transfer, access removal and data handling.
• Provide governance, reporting and insights for governance forums to support decision-making.
• Monitor provider compliance with SIAM processes, policies and ways of working; identify improvements.
