Job summary

Jolong Australia (SA) Pty Ltd in Granville NSW seeks a hands-on leader to build relationships, develop new business, lead a showroom sales team and coordinate projects from opportunity through to delivery.

You will drive market development, manage client needs and oversee showroom operations, coordinating with Estimating, Finance, Production, Warehouse, Logistics, Installation and After-Sales to ensure timely, profitable execution.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and team-management experience.
• Proven ability to drive market development and new business.
• Excellent English and Mandarin communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive market development and identify new builders, developers and projects.
• Build and expand client relationships; understand budgets, timelines and decisions.
• Lead showroom sales team operations, quotations, and sales conversion.
• Monitor performance, analyze results, and implement improvements.
• Coordinate with Estimating, Finance, Procurement, Production, Warehouse, Logistics, Installation and After-Sales.
• Progress projects from opportunity to delivery while protecting profitability and relationships.
