Kitchen Connection in West Gosford is seeking a hands-on Showroom Manager to lead a high-performing team and deliver an outstanding customer experience while driving sales performance.

You will coach and develop staff, manage daily showroom operations, and contribute to the ongoing growth of Australia’s leading kitchen retailer with a strong national brand and clear career development opportunities.

As Showroom Manager, you'll oversee the day-to-day operation of the showroom, support and develop your team, and play a key role in the continued success of the business.

What You’ll Bring

• Proven experience in retail management, sales leadership, and team development.
• Previous management experience in, electrical retail, furniture retail or home improvement retail (highly regarded).
• A strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Experience coaching, mentoring, and motivating teams to deliver results.
• Exceptional customer service and relationship-building skills.
• Strong commercial acumen and a results-driven mindset.
• Confidence using Microsoft Office and retail systems.
