Job summary

Insignia Financial is seeking a ServiceNow Platform Engineer to design, build and support scalable ServiceNow solutions that automate processes and improve user experience. You will work within Infrastructure, Cloud & Workplace to deliver secure, reliable platform components and manage integrations across enterprise systems.

Qualifications

Minimum 5+ years working with ServiceNow in a mid-to-large enterprise.
Experience across ITSM and modules like GRC, ITAM, BCM, SecOps, EA or SPM.
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator; additional certs are a plus.
Strong API integration skills (REST/SOAP) and web tech basics.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, configure and document scalable ServiceNow apps and workflows.
Translate business needs into practical ServiceNow solutions across modules.
Enhance service delivery through catalog items and automation.
Build and support integrations between ServiceNow and enterprise systems.
Troubleshoot issues, perform root-cause analysis and ensure stability.
Oversee platform lifecycle: releases, deployments, upgrades, testing.
Collaborate with stakeholders and document knowledge for continuous improvement.
