Job summary

Rest is seeking a talented ServiceNow Engineer to elevate the enterprise platform, delivering scalable solutions across IT, HR and security domains. You will design, develop and support workflows, integrations and custom apps that improve employee experiences and business processes.

As part of the Platform team, you will work with Product Owners, Analysts and engineers to unlock the platform's potential, while adhering to governance and security best practices and driving continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience designing and developing on the ServiceNow platform.
• Proficient with Glide APIs, Flow Designer, and creating integrations.
• Experience in Agile delivery and collaborating with stakeholders.
• Strong communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Commitment to continuous improvement and user outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and support ServiceNow solutions across ITSM/HRSD/IRM/TPRM/ITOM/CMDB.
• Build workflows, automations and integrations to simplify processes.
• Collaborate with Product Owners and analysts to translate requirements.
• Develop and support APIs, web services and data integrations.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and maintain governance alignment.
