Job summary

PeopleLogic seeks a seasoned ServiceNow professional to lead development, administration, and platform engineering across ITSM, CSM, HRSD, and CMDB. You will design scalable solutions, implement workflows, and ensure integration with enterprise systems.

The candidate should demonstrate extensive experience with scripting (JavaScript, Glide, PowerShell) and modern web frameworks, plus strong stakeholder communication and documentation skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in ServiceNow development, administration or platform engineering.
• Strong experience configuring, developing, and supporting the ServiceNow platform across ITSM/CSM/HRSD/CMDB.
• Experience building and configuring Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Actions, and flows.
• Knowledge of platform architecture, data models, and security concepts.
• Experience integrating ServiceNow with REST/SOAP and third-party platforms.
