Job summary

Insignia Financial is seeking a skilled ServiceNow Platform Engineer to design, build and support high-quality ServiceNow solutions that enhance service delivery and automate business processes. You will work within the Infrastructure, Cloud & Workplace team to develop scalable platform capabilities, improve operational efficiency, and ensure secure, reliable outcomes.

Qualifications

5+ years of ServiceNow development experience in a mid-to-large enterprise environment.
Strong JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting expertise, including Flow Designer and IntegrationHub.
Experience designing workflows, business rules, forms, catalog items and automation solutions.
Knowledge of API integrations and web technologies, including REST/SOAP, HTML and CSS.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, configure and document scalable ServiceNow applications, workflows and platform components.
Translate business requirements into practical technical solutions across ServiceNow modules.
Deliver workflow, service catalogue and automation enhancements.
Build and support integrations between ServiceNow and enterprise systems.
