Job summary

HCLTech is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Platform Architect to lead scalable enterprise solutions. You will define platform standards, drive App Engine development, and guide digital workflow transformations across the organization.

Key responsibilities include establishing governance, roadmaps, and reusable patterns, while mentoring teams and supporting presales. A strong ServiceNow background and CSA/CTA certifications are preferred.

• Proven ability to drive architecture reviews, governance and standards.
• Hands-on development and architecture leadership across App Engine, Portal and Workspace.

About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior ServiceNow Platform Architect to lead the design, governance, and implementation of scalable ServiceNow platform solutions across the enterprise.

This is a strategic and hands-on architecture role responsible for defining platform standards, driving application development using App Engine, establishing integration frameworks, and guiding organizations through digital workflow transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Define enterprise-wide ServiceNow platform architecture and governance standards
• Create platform roadmaps aligned with business objectives
• Establish reusable architecture patterns and development standards
• Lead architecture reviews and design governance initiatives
• Act as the technical authority for platform-related decisions

App Engine & Enterprise Applications

• Design and implement enterprise applications using ServiceNow App Engine
• Develop scalable application frameworks and reusable components
• Drive workflow automation and digital transformation initiatives

Portal & Experience Architecture

• Architect Employee Center, Service Portal, Service Provider Portal (SPP), and custom portals
• Define user experience and self-service strategies
• Drive portal modernization and digital experience initiatives

Workspace Solutions

• Design and implement Agent Workspace and Configurable Workspaces
• Optimize agent productivity and user experience
• Establish workspace governance and design standards
• Design enterprise integration strategies using IntegrationHub, REST APIs, SOAP APIs, MID Servers, and event-driven architectures
• Support integrations with SAP, Salesforce, Azure, Workday, and other enterprise platforms
• Define secure, scalable, and reusable integration patterns

Technical Leadership

• Provide guidance to architects, technical leads, and developers
• Lead technical workshops and design sessions
• Review solution designs and implementation strategies
• Mentor teams on ServiceNow best practices
• Support presales and solutioning activities
