Job summary

AYAN InfoTech is seeking a ServiceNow Developer for a 6-month engagement in Brisbane/Sydney. The role requires 7+ years of experience, strong ITSM and Service Catalog skills, and hands-on ServiceNow development expertise.

You will work across agile teams to configure, customize, and enhance the ServiceNow platform, including workflows, catalogs, and integrations. You will collaborate with offshore teams and stakeholders, participate in workshops, and support testing and UAT activities to ensure

• Hands-on ITSM and Service Catalog expertise.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Build and support workflows, forms, catalogs, integrations, and reports.
• Perform unit testing and support UAT activities.
• Troubleshoot issues and deliver platform enhancements.
• Coordinate with offshore development and support teams.
• Participate in workshops and project discussions.
