Qualifikationen
- Experience ranging from Service Desk to enterprise application support.
- Strong customer service, communication, teamwork and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Analytical thinking and troubleshooting ability for level of experience.
- Experience with ITIL or structured service management environments is desirable.
- Government/defence or critical infrastructure environment experience is highly regarded.

- Manage incidents, requests and technical problem resolution.
- Perform application administration, monitoring and operational support.
- Support testing, patches, releases and deployment validation.
- Maintain operational documentation and knowledge articles.
- Contribute to service improvement and lifecycle planning.
