Job summary

Kinetic IT is recruiting two Senior ServiceNow Developers to join its national Solution Services team. These permanent, full-time roles support senior delivery across federal government customer environments.

You will design, develop, configure and enhance ServiceNow solutions around ITSM, CMDB and CSDM, collaborating with stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable solutions. Australian citizen with ability to gain Australian Government Security Clearance and CAD certification

Qualifications

Two opportunities have opened for Senior ServiceNow Developers to join Kinetic IT’s national Solution Services team. These are permanent, full-time roles supporting senior delivery responsibilities across federal government customer environments.

In these roles, you will design, develop, configure and enhance ServiceNow solutions that support operational outcomes - The work will typically sit in and around ITSM, CMDB and CSDM, with involvement across platform development, integrations, scripting and continuous improvement activities. You will partner with stakeholders to turn business requirements into practical, scalable ServiceNow solutions.

About You

As an experienced Senior ServiceNow Developer with strong hands-on platform capability, you’re confident working in secure, customer-facing environments. You enjoy solving complex problems and building practical solutions that make the platform effective for users, bringing strong technical judgement, clear communication and a collaborative approach to delivery.

Required Skills and Experience we will be seeking:

• Australian Citizen with ability to gain Australian Government Security Clearance.
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification.
• Proven experience Developer, with strong hands‑on configuration, scripting and platform development skills.
• Experience working across core ServiceNow capabilities, particularly ITSM, CSDM and CMDB, as well as workflows, integrations, automation and reporting.
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow development practices, including Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, Flow Designer and IntegrationHub.
• Clear communication skills and the ability to work effectively with technical teams, customers and stakeholders.
