Job summary

Accenture is seeking a seasoned ServiceNow delivery leader to manage enterprise technology programs and multi-workstream deployments for clients in a consulting environment. You will oversee project scope, budget, and outcomes while guiding senior sponsors and cross-functional teams.

You will also drive methodology improvements, coordinate with ServiceNow account teams, and ensure value delivery across ITSM, CSM, and related areas.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10+ years delivering enterprise technology or digital transformation programs, preferably in a consulting or professional services environment.
• Minimum 6 years hands-on experience delivering and governing ServiceNow implementations, including multi-workstream or enterprise-scale programs.
• Minimum 4 years experience providing client-facing delivery leadership with senior stakeholders and executive sponsors.
• ServiceNow System Administrator certification or 5+ years in-depth ServiceNow platform experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead consulting engagements from post-sales stage to successful delivery of the project in terms of scope, deliverables, budget, client satisfaction and business outcomes.
• Manage all aspects of project delivery and solution delivery.
• Lead and manage the implementation project team.
• Prepare client-facing and internal deliverables such as project plan, issues/risk register and weekly status reports.
• Identify opportunities to provide additional value to clients and coordinate with ServiceNow account teams.
• Drive continuous improvements of our implementation methodology and service offerings based on client experiences.
• Lead deployment of Enterprise Software solutions in client environments, preferably ITIL related.
• Influence and consult with sponsors/stakeholders to solve governance, program/project management, business process and/or technical problems.
