Accenture Song seeks a Delivery Lead to own field service technology programs end-to-end. You’ll manage client relationships, budgets, and on/offshore teams, guiding strategy, requirements, and rollout across multiple regions. The role blends consulting excellence with strong delivery discipline and a focus on measurable outcomes.

You will partner with senior leaders to shape service experiences, drive architecture choices, and ensure successful, on-schedule delivery of complex platforms.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 5+ years leading field service platform architecture and delivery projects.
• Experience delivering projects with Salesforce, Oracle, Dynamics, IFS or ServiceMax.
• Experience in a consulting environment on global programs (multi-country).
• Experience with field service enablement, partner management and distributed networks.
• Understanding of AI-powered service operations is a plus.

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex field service solutions across geographies.
• Develop relationships with senior management and identify new opportunities.
• Plan and estimate delivery using Agile, with scope, budget and risk management.
• Manage on-shore and off-shore project teams through the lifecycle.
• Capture requirements and translate into epics and user stories.
• Guide UI/UX and platform migration strategy for global rollout.
• Engage client stakeholders for funding, scope and timelines.
• Support development of new offering approaches and tools.
