Job summary

Based at the Perth Service Centre, you will combine hands-on engineering with customer engagement, mentoring, training, and support for connected safety solutions including iNet and SAFER One, ensuring exceptional service and operational excellence for mining, oil and gas, utilities, and government
Qualifications
- Degree, Diploma, or equivalent in Engineering, Electronics, Mechatronics, or related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in industrial instrumentation, technical service, field service, or customer support environments.
- Strong troubleshooting capability across electronic, mechanical, and software-integrated systems.
- Ability to travel throughout Australia and New Zealand; Australian Driver's Licence required.
- Strong customer-facing communication and relationship-building skills.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose, repair, calibrate, test, and certify gas detection products.
- Provide advanced troubleshooting and on-site commissioning.
- Support connected safety solutions like iNet and SAFER One.
- Support customer success, renewal of service agreements, and growth initiatives.
- Deliver technical training and mentoring to technicians and partners.
