Based in our shared services network, the role emphasizes evidence, lived experience and systems-thinking to deliver meaningful change. The role reports to the Enterprise Service Design Lead and involves facilitating workshops, mapping journeys, and delivering

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience leading complex service design, redesign or improvement initiatives.
• Advanced capability in human-centred design, systems thinking and journey mapping.
• Experience taking solutions from discovery to implementation and evaluation.
• Exceptional facilitation, influencing and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ability to translate research and lived experience into practical outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead service design, process harmonisation and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Facilitate co-design workshops and map service journeys.
• Develop implementation-ready solutions from discovery through to adoption.
• Collaborate with consumers, frontline teams and operational leaders.
