Job summary

The HR Ally is seeking a Senior Engagement Manager for ServiceNow in Sydney. You will oversee a portfolio of Staff Augmentation engagements, ensuring delivery excellence, customer satisfaction and commercial performance.

You will combine deep ServiceNow consulting experience with engagement governance, resource scheduling and financial oversight, while providing technical leadership and mentoring to delivery teams. Strong stakeholder management and communication are essential.

Qualifications

8+ years in ServiceNow professional services or consulting.
Strong understanding of ServiceNow solutions, platform capabilities and integrations.
Experience managing multiple customer engagements and delivery portfolios.
Strong skills in resource planning, scheduling and governance.
Excellent customer-facing communication and stakeholder management.
Experience with portfolio reporting and financial forecasting.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end delivery oversight across multiple engagements, ensuring SOW compliance and customer satisfaction.
Monitor engagement health, consultant performance, utilization and risks; escalate as needed.
Lead smaller projects and delivery teams with technical guidance.
Maintain RAID/RIDAC logs; track actions and manage risks.
Support change requests and changes orders as required.
Coordinate resource bookings and scheduling with stakeholders.
Serve as primary customer-facing contact for resourcing and invoicing queries.
Oversee onboarding/offboarding and SOW familiarisation.
