Outcomex Pty Ltd in Sydney seeks a Technical Services Operational Lead to oversee day-to-day Service Desk operations, ensure incidents are prioritized, and coordinate resources across Managed Services. You will lead technical oversight, monitor performance, and drive improvements in delivery and quality of service across complex customer environments.

This hands-on role combines networking expertise with operational leadership to enhance monitoring, ITSM processes and service delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience with Cisco networking and enterprise IT infrastructure.
• Background in ITIL and ITSM practices.
• Hands-on with network monitoring and observability.
• Proven ability to drive continuous service improvement.

Responsabilités

• Maintain operational oversight of the Service Desk and ticket queues.
• Monitor SLA performance and address operational risks.
• Provide technical triage, escalation and guidance.
• Lead and coordinate resources across teams for service delivery.
• Identify automation opportunities and drive process improvements.
• Contribute to operational reporting and service reviews.
