Stake is seeking a Senior Security Engineer to join the Technology team in Sydney. You will blend software engineering with strong security judgment to shape secure software across Stake, partnering with Engineering, Infrastructure, Risk and Compliance. This role is a hybrid, with 3 days in our Sydney office.

You will lead high-impact initiatives, establish standards, tooling and practices, and mentor others to raise security capabilities while enabling rapid innovation.

Qualifications

• Deep experience in application security and secure software engineering.
• Experience with modern cloud-native architectures and security prioritisation.
• Ability to mentor engineers and raise the security capability of the organisation.

Responsibilities

• Define and evolve secure engineering practices across Stake's technology organisation.
