Job summary

Bluebird, an AI-powered Health-Tech platform, is expanding its Sales Development team in Sydney. You’ll lead a 4–6 SDR group, own pipeline targets and collaborate with Marketing to improve lead quality and ICP alignment.

We’re seeking a proven sales leader with 3+ years in B2B SaaS sales, experience mentoring teams, and a data-driven approach to forecasting. Equity and hybrid work are on offer as part of a competitive package.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in B2B SaaS sales (SDR/AE).
• 1–2+ years leading or mentoring sales reps.
• Proven record of hitting or exceeding targets.
• Strong understanding of SaaS pipeline, qualification and forecasting.
• Comfortable using data to manage performance.
• CRM and sales tooling experience (Pipedrive a plus).

Responsibilities

• Own SDR pipeline targets and team performance.
• Lead a team of 4–6 SDRs: regular 1:1s, coaching sessions and team meetings.
• Build and refine the SDR playbooks.
• Partner with Marketing to improve lead quality and ICP alignment.
• Own hiring input, onboarding and ramp plans for new SDRs, and develop high performers into AE or leadership pathways.
