Job summary

Progen Building Group is seeking a Senior Scheduler to join our award-winning team in Perth. You will work closely with our Directors to develop and optimise preconstruction processes and systems for delivering high-quality residential homes.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of residential scheduling experience, knowledge of pricebook maintenance, and familiarity with Truth Engine systems. A growth mindset and attention to detail are essential.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 3 years demonstrated experience in residential scheduling.
• Experience in residential estimating.
• Knowledge and experience in pricebook system maintenance.
• Truth Engine systems experience is highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimise preconstruction processes and systems with Directors.
• Be highly organised and able to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Maintain a high level of accuracy and strong attention to detail, with a growth mindset and openness to coaching.
