• Support handover to estimators and office team for client processing.

This is an office-based position where you'll build and manage the job program, coordinate trades against tight timelines, and keep every roofing job moving from scope to completion. It's an ideal pathway into project or building supervision, with full support and training provided.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain the job schedule, sequencing trades and materials to avoid delays
• Liaise with customers and trades via phone and video to confirm dates and progress
• Track every job from initial scope through to completion, flagging slippage early
• Review reports, photos, and trade documentation for accuracy before sign-off
• Support handover to estimators and the office team for client processing

What You'll Need

• Highly detailed and sharp in your planning abilities - this role lives and dies on the schedule
• Background in admin, trades, carpentry, or roofing - direct roofing experience highly regarded as you'll want to hit the ground running
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Ability to thrive in a busy, fast-paced environment
• Basic IT knowledge and willingness to learn new systems (full training provided)
