Infosys is seeking a SAP Service Delivery Manager (SDM) to lead SAP AMS in a large energy sector environment. The role requires governance of SAP support, incidents, and continuous improvement, with collaboration across global delivery teams.

The successful candidate will drive SAP roadmap alignment, client engagement, and value realization, while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships and adherence to SLAs.

Competenze

• 15+ years of project/program management experience.
• Experience in at least one SAP functional/technical area with SAP certification.
• Onsite client contact for SAP support services.
• Experience with SAP BAU and incident management.
• Strong governance, KPI tracking, and reporting.
• Delivery in onsite-offshore model with multi-vendor teams.
• PMP/ITIL certification is a plus.
