You will collaborate with global delivery, drive improvements, and manage multi-vendor relationships while ensuring value realization and compliance. Perth-based with hybrid work options and a competitive salary package.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in SAP project and program management.
• Experience leading SAP delivery with certified functional/technical areas.
• Onsite client engagement for SAP support services.
• Experience with SAP upgrades, migrations, or patching in BAU environments.
• Strong ITIL knowledge and service-management background.

Responsibilities

• Lead and govern SAP Application Management Services across delivery teams.
• Ensure service performance, incident management, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Engage with senior client business and IT stakeholders; align SAP roadmaps.
• Coordinate with offshore delivery teams and third-party vendors.
• Drive process improvements, knowledge management and audits/compliance.
