Job summary

Infosys is seeking a SAP Service Delivery Manager (SDM) to lead SAP Application Management Services in a large-scale energy environment. You will govern SAP support, incident management, and continuous improvement, acting as a trusted advisor to business and IT stakeholders.

The role involves SAP roadmap alignment, process optimization, and strategic growth with global delivery teams and partners. The position requires 15+ years in SAP, strong client-facing skills, and a proven ability to manage

Qualifications

• 15+ years of SAP program management experience.
• Delivery or support management in onsite-offshore SAP environments.
• Experience with SAP functional or technical area and relevant SAP certification.
• Primary onsite point of contact for client stakeholders in SAP support services.
• Experience in SAP BAU operations, incidents, service requests, and changes.
• Strong SLAs/KPIs governance and performance reporting.
• Coordinate with offshore teams and third-party vendors.
• PMP/ITIL certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead SAP program management for on-site and offshore delivery teams.
• Govern SAP support services, incidents, changes, and service requests.
• Engage with business and IT stakeholders to align SAP roadmaps.
