UST is seeking a senior SAP CX technical lead to own design standards and development for CX extensions. You will translate functional specs into robust technical designs, allocate work, and review code for quality, security, and performance.

You will coordinate with cross-functional teams to manage dependencies and drive release readiness in a hybrid working setup. The role requires 8–10 years of SAP CX experience, with multiple end-to-end implementations across SAP Service Cloud/C4C or SAP

Formación

• 8-10 years of overall relevant SAP CX technical/development experience.
• Minimum 2 end-to-end implementations involving SAP Service Cloud/C4C and/or SAP CDC technical development or extensibility.
• Strong experience converting functional requirements into technical designs for enhancements, extensions, forms, workflows, APIs and reusable components.
• Strong knowledge of relevant SAP CX extensibility, scripting/SDK/API mechanisms and integration concepts.
• Experience leading code/design reviews, quality governance, technical defect resolution and deployment.

Responsabilidades

• Own technical design and development standards for approved SAP CX custom objects and extensions.
• Translate functional specifications into technical design and allocate development work.
• Review code/configuration extensions for quality, security, maintainability and performance.
• Coordinate technical dependencies with functional, integration, portal, migration and testing teams.
• Lead technical defect triage, release readiness, cutover support and technical handover.
