Job summary

Randstad NV is seeking a senior SAP consultant to drive the functional lifecycle for SAP Service Cloud V2. You will lead design workshops, translate requirements into functional specs, and own end-to-end integration with SAP S/4HANA.

The role emphasizes hands-on configuration, workshop facilitation, and stakeholder engagement across client environments. Melbourne-based, with emphasis on enterprise-scale deployments.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in SAP consulting, including at least 3 years explicitly focused on SAP Service Cloud V2 or SAP ESM.
• Hands-on configuration of SAP Service Cloud V2 org structures, workflows, service process rules, and escalation paths.
• Integration expertise between SAP CX tools and S/4HANA.
• Consulting maturity: excellent workshop facilitation, senior stakeholder management, and solution design documentation capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead design workshops for case management, work queue routing, and service request lifecycles.
• Translate operational requirements into functional specifications, business rules, and automated workflows.
• Own the solution design across integration points connecting SAP CX modules to back-end SAP S/4HANA systems.
• Guide build, testing, user acceptance (UAT), cutover, and deployment phases.
