Job summary

UST Global in Melbourne, Australia seeks an SAP Service Cloud Consultant to configure and map customer-service processes, prepare functional documentation, and support data migration validation. You will contribute to testing, cutover activities, and post-go-live stabilization in a hybrid work setup.

The role requires 4-6 years of SAP CX/CRM experience with Service Cloud expertise, and hands-on configuration across service objects, workflows, and data models.

Qualifications

• 4-6 years of overall SAP CX/CRM experience with SAP Service Cloud v1 / v2 expertise.
• Minimum 1 end-to-end SAP Service Cloud / C4C implementation experience.
• Hands-on configuration experience in customer/service objects, service requests, activities, statuses, workflows, approvals and roles.
• Understanding of C4C data model, integration and migration concepts.
• Experience preparing configuration documentation and executing unit/functional testing.

• Support source-to-target mapping and validation of migrated customer/service data.
• Execute unit testing and provide functional inputs for SIT/E2E testing and defect resolution.

• Functional specifications and mapping inputs.
• Unit-test evidence and defect documentation.

Required Skills and Experience

• 4-6 years of overall relevant SAP CX/CRM experience with SAP Service Cloud v1 / v2 expertise.
