Responsibilities

• Configure and manage Salesforce B2B Commerce storefronts including pricing and checkout.
• Support Experience Cloud and OMS across order processing, fulfilment, and returns.
• Investigate pricing, carts, checkout, integrations, and performance issues.
• Manage user access, profiles, roles, permission sets, and security configs.
• Maintain Flows, validation rules, data loads, deployments, and testing.
• Monitor platform health, review debug logs, and resolve incidents.
• Handle support requests, perform root-cause analysis, and implement fixes.
• Collaborate with business/technical teams to improve platform stability and UX.
• Demonstrate strong troubleshooting and stakeholder communication.
