Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) Australia is seeking a seasoned Salesforce B2B Commerce specialist to configure, support, and administer B2B storefronts and related Salesforce platforms. This role combines hands-on storefront support with core Salesforce platform administration including user management, org health monitoring, and debugging to ensure both business functionality and platform stability.

Role Overview :

A functional B2B Commerce specialist responsible for configuring, supporting, and administering Salesforce B2B Commerce implementations. This role combines hands‑on storefront support with core Salesforce platform administration including user management, org health monitoring, and debugging ensuring both business functionality and platform stability.

  • Experience Cloud knowledge (storefront setup, personas, permissions)
  • Strong understanding of B2B data model: buyer groups, entitlements, price books, categories
  • Salesforce Platform Administration — user management, profiles, permission sets, roles
  • Experience monitoring debug logs, login history, and audit trails
  • Knowledge of Flows and declarative automation tools
  • User Management: Create, manage, and deactivate user accounts; assign profiles, roles, and permission sets; manage MFA, SSO, and login policies
  • Permissions & Security: Configure and audit permission sets, sharing rules, org-wide defaults, field‑level security, and public group memberships
  • Monitoring & Org Health: Monitor system logs (debug logs, login history, event monitoring, API usage), track org limits, and proactively flag issues
  • Debugging & Troubleshooting: Use Setup Audit Trail, debug logs, and Flow debug tools to investigate and resolve configuration and system issues
  • Automation Maintenance: Build and maintain Flows, Process Builders, and approval processes; manage and troubleshoot validation rules
  • Data Management: Perform data loads and clean‑up using Data Loader or Import Wizard; support data quality initiatives
  • Release & Change Management: Manage sandbox refreshes, deploy change sets, maintain deployment documentation
  • Support & Incident Management: Act as first point of contact for platform support tickets; triage, resolve, and elevate issues as needed
Key Responsibilities :
  • Configure and maintain Salesforce B2B Commerce and OMS configuration, including buyer groups, entitlements, price books, catalogs, categories and product visibility.
  • Support setup, configuration, and administration of Experience Cloud (LWR‑based) storefronts.
  • Configure and maintain business‑managed settings including promotions, shipping methods, checkout configuration, and feature toggles.
  • Support Salesforce OMS configuration, including order lifecycle, fulfilment, returns, cancellations and order status management.
  • Investigate and resolve issues affecting product browsing, search, navigation, pricing, cart, checkout, customer self‑service and order processing.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot integrations with ERP, payment, pricing, inventory, and fulfilment systems, working with integration teams where required.
  • Support production deployments, smoke testing, post‑release validation, and Salesforce seasonal release verification.
  • Perform functional troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and incident triage for production issues, escalating development‑related defects where required.
