Qualifications

• Proven experience in Salesforce Administration, including user setup, profiles, roles, and permissions.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce data model, security, and sharing rules.
• Experience with Salesforce reporting and dashboard creation.
• Excellent problem solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues effectively.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non technical users.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for Salesforce applications, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
• Administer and configure Salesforce environments, including user management, security settings, and data management.
• Collaborate with cross functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
• Develop and maintain documentation for support processes, user guides, and training materials.
• Assist in the deployment of new Salesforce features and enhancements.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal functionality.
• Act as a liaison between technical teams and end users to facilitate effective communication and understanding of technical issues.
• Stay updated on Salesforce best practices and new features to provide informed support and recommendations.
