Job summary

Compas Pty Ltd in VIC is seeking a Senior Salesforce Administrator to lead environment administration, CI/CD and security for a major government technology program. Hybrid work with a minimum of 3 days per week in the office; 12-month contract with extension option; NV1 or higher clearance required.

You will develop and maintain environment and code management plans, perform complex admin across releases, troubleshoot issues, and provide technical leadership and mentoring across the Salesforce

Qualifications

• Certified Salesforce Administrator with at least 4 years' Salesforce ecosystem experience.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce CI/CD and GitLab or similar tools.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce roles, profiles, permissions, OWD and sharing rules.
• Experience with Data Loader and Service Cloud; able to troubleshoot Salesforce issues.

Senior Salesforce Administrator | Environments & CI/CD

Lead Salesforce environment administration across a major government technology program, combining hands‑on platform support, CI/CD, security and technical leadership in a complex enterprise environment.

Location:

VIC

Work Arrangement:

Hybrid - minimum 3 days each week in the office

Contract Duration:

12 months with one 12-month extension option

Security Clearance Requirement:

Must have an NV1 or higher

Essential Tasks

• Develop and maintain Salesforce environment and code management plans supporting releases, projects and BAU changes.
• Perform complex Salesforce administration across releases, CI/CD, platform security and environment changes.
• Troubleshoot Salesforce issues and coordinate resolution with internal teams and external vendors.
• Provide technical leadership, mentoring and support across the Salesforce environments team.

Key Criteria

• Certified Salesforce Administrator with at least 4 years' Salesforce ecosystem experience.
• Strong Salesforce product knowledge, including roles, profiles, permissions, OWD and sharing rules.
• Experience supporting Salesforce environments, including Data Loader, Service Cloud and troubleshooting.
• Hands-on experience managing Salesforce CI/CD processes using GitLab or a similar tool.
