Job summary

Procore is looking for a Staff Sales Recruiter (Contract) to lead recruiting for ANZ, SG and related Go-To-Market teams from the Sydney office with a hybrid work model. You will own IC and management searches, advise partners, and build diverse, high-caliber pipelines while staying ahead of SaaS hiring trends.

You’ll bring 8+ years in sales/professional services recruitment, a business/HR degree, and a proven ability to recruit across senior levels.

Qualifications

• 8+ years experience in a Recruiter role focused on Sales & Professional Services.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR or related field preferred.
• Proven track record in fast-paced SaaS environments.
• Experience hiring IC and management roles across a range of functions.

Responsibilities

• Own the hiring process for all IC & management roles in the ANZ Up-Market segment.
• Advise hiring partners and reinforce best practices for top talent.
• Develop and implement initiatives to engage diverse talent.
• Provide an exceptional candidate experience for immediate needs and future pipelines.
• Set a high bar for talent and build the Procore brand in new markets.
• Become expert in Gem Recruiting, Workday, and LinkedIn Recruiter.
