Job summary

Procore Technologies in Sydney is seeking a Staff Sales Recruiter on a 12-month contract to scale GTM teams across Australia, New Zealand and Singapore. Based in our Sydney office with hybrid work, you will own the hiring process for Enterprise and Strategic roles, partnering with senior stakeholders to deliver top-tier sales talent.

You will build diverse pipelines, set hiring standards, and leverage Talent systems like Gem, Workday, and LinkedIn Recruiter to drive results in a fast-paced SaaS

Qualifications

• 8+ years experience in a Recruiter role focused on supporting Sales & Professional Services teams
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR or a related field preferred
• Experience in SaaS environment or fast-paced company preferred
• Experience hiring IC and management roles across multiple regions

Responsibilities

• Own the hiring process for IC & management roles within the ANZ Up-Market segment from HC to fill reqs
• Advise hiring partners and reinforce best practices for hiring top talent
• Develop and implement initiatives for engaging diverse slate of talent
• Provide exceptional candidate experience for immediate needs while building long-term pipelines
• Build Procore talent brand in new markets and stay updated on SaaS recruiting trends
