Ingenia Communities Group in Victoria seeks a Senior Sales Leader to drive the performance of a multi-site portfolio across lifestyle communities and development projects. You will shape sales strategy, coach teams, and partner across divisions to deliver exceptional customer journeys.

The role requires hands-on leadership with travel across Victoria, hybrid work flexibility, and a track record of delivering commercial outcomes in property or retirement living sectors.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading and developing high-performing sales teams across multiple locations.
• Strong sales leadership, coaching and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Experience in property, real estate, retirement living or similar customer-focused industry.
• Commercial acumen with strategy, forecasting and pipeline management.
• Customer-first mindset with hands-on delivery of customer experiences.

Responsabilités

• Lead, coach and develop high-performing sales teams across multiple Victorian communities to achieve sales, settlement and customer experience outcomes
• Drive sales performance through effective strategy, forecasting, pipeline management and operational excellence
• Partner with Development, Marketing, Design, Operations and Acquisitions teams to successfully deliver projects from acquisition through to completion
• Support new community launches, pricing strategies, product positioning, and sales and marketing initiatives across the portfolio
• Maintain a strong on-site presence, engaging directly with customers, leading events and supporting community teams across Victoria
