Job summary

Ingenia Communities Group seeks a Community Manager – Lifestyle to lead day-to-day operations of a Lifestyle Community, focusing on resident experience, engagement and safety across NSW/QLD/VIC sites.

You will manage budgets, lead a team and contractors, deliver Activate programs, coordinate health and wellbeing events, and partner with Sales, Development and Connect teams to foster belonging and strong financial outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience managing resident or customer relationships in property, hospitality, aged care or community settings.
• Ability to lead day-to-day operations while balancing priorities.
• Experience managing budgets, P&L or commercial outcomes.
• Empathy, professionalism, and boundary setting in charged situations.
• Visible, hands-on leader for residents, teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high resident experience via surveys and NPS.
• Oversee day-to-day community operations, occupancy and tenancy.
• Lead budgeting, planning and capital expenditure needs.
• Foster connections through Activate program and resident committees.
• Lead, motivate and support teams and contractors to high-quality outcomes.
• Coordinate health and wellbeing events for residents.
