Job summary

Anglicare Sydney is seeking a Senior Sales Manager to lead sales outcomes across retirement living communities. You will guide prospective residents and families from enquiry through to settlement, conducting tours and presentations, and maintaining a healthy sales pipeline with accurate forecasting.

You will work onsite across our villages, collaborating with marketing, operations and events teams to maximise lead conversion while delivering exceptional customer experience.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated sales experience in retirement living, real estate, property or similar customer-facing sales environments.
• Proven ability to build rapport and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Experience managing a sales pipeline and achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales performance and occupancy outcomes across assigned retirement living communities.
• Manage the customer journey from enquiry through to contract exchange and settlement.
• Conduct tours, presentations, open days and customer engagement activities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective residents and their families.
• Maintain an active sales pipeline and provide accurate forecasting and reporting.
• Collaborate with marketing and operations to maximise lead conversion and customer experience.
• Represent Anglicare at community events and promotional activities.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in sales capability.
